1804Travel is a subsidiary of 1804 Consulting Inc. Which was founded in 2014, with the mission to change how technology advisory consulting is provided and drive business outcomes that matter empower organizations.
Pre-covid we were involved in various Travel related projects, in various roles. Through these projects we learned many valuable lessons. MISSION
The travel world changed significantly after the COVID-19 pandemic. This and other challenges such as emerging environmental constraints, data privacy regulation and ever increasing 7x24 everywhere customer expectations put a lot of pressures on travel retailers and operators and requires changes in how business is conducted.
It is our mission to help our customer define a realistic transformation journey that makes sense in terms of cost/benefits and duration in which outcomes can be realized. If desired, after deisgning the transformation we can also support our customers throughout that journey, for example assist in procurement (RFP development), solution design support (act as the customer business and technology architecture practice). Important to note is we set up our business model to be without any conflict of interest, as we are technology agnostic and do not have vested interest in large implementation projects.
