We specialize in strategic business and technology consulting, helping our customers to keep up with changing customer expectations and enabling technologies, without over-investing. We worked in Travel for many years and understand the specifics of the Travel Product and associated challenges. To expedite our engagement we created our in depth Travel Industry Framework, providing many detailed starting point artifacts, enabling us to hit the ground running.

After decades working and leading consulting practices for large System Integrators, 1804 Travel developed an unique, expedited and proven approach to help our customers (re)align people(organization), processes, data and technology to improve customer services, drive internal efficiencies and if/where possible reduce operational costs and improve margin and revenue.

No we do not need year to do this. Our typical initial engagement, designing your detailed conceptual future state business and technology eco system, while visually mapping your entire company, is between 3 and 6 month. An added benefit of our methodology is detection of inefficiencies for which solution can be implemented immediately.

1804 Travel has deep experience in modern enabling technology platforms however, to avoid conflict of interest we are technology agnostic by design. Where we often do drive conceptual solution design, we typically represent/support our customers when working with System Integrators.
